SEPCA Executive Board Meeting 
SEPCA Executive Board Meeting will be held from 14-16th December 2005 in Belgrade. Main topics of this meeting will be co-operation with other International Organizations and Initiatives like Stability Pact, edurium - the education portal, OSCE, SECI, SPOC and SPAI and organizational and constitutional changes within SEPCA.
